Wash your hair with the Nourishing & Moisturising Shampoo to cleanse the scalp and hair gently.

Nourishing & Moisturising Mask

Apply the Nourishing & Moisturising Mask on damp hair, leave it for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use consistently 2–3 times a week for visible improvement. Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb to avoid breakage.

Deep conditioning Hair Mask

Apply after shampooing, on damp hair from mid-lengths to ends. Leave it on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly; avoid applying it directly on the scalp. Use it once a week for best results. On mask day, you can use it instead of your regular conditioner.

Hair Growth Serum

Use it on a clean, dry or towel-dried scalp after hair wash, once your shampoo/conditioner or mask routine is finished. Apply directly to the scalp and hair-fall/thinning areas, massage gently, and do not rinse. The training deck recommends using it twice daily
